1. After you click our order link, you are sent to a secure server.

2. Click the "Buy" button.

3. Enter your email address and your mailing address.

4. Select a payment option, such as credit card, wire transfer, etc.

5. Select the currency you want to use.

6. Enter your credit card info (bank information for wire transfers).

7. If your shipping address is different, then enter it here.

8. Your input will be displayed for your review.
   Click the Order button.

Most of the time, your credit card will be charged in real-time after a wait of 30 seconds to a minute or two. As soon as this is accomplished, your order will be processed and your book shipped promptly.
