How to check on an Existing Order
The Ordering Process:   Most of the time, your credit card will be charged in real-time after a wait of 30 seconds to a minute or so. As soon as this is accomplished, your order processing will begin.

Sometimes there is a delay in payment processing through the credit card bank. If this happens, you will be notified, and your book will me sent to you as soon as the charge is captured.

Tracing an Order

To check on the status of an order

  • Click "Use your credit card number and Email address"
  • Enter the email address you used when ordering
  • Enter the last five digits of the credit card number
  • Click the "Login" button
